FAQ's

What is DSL?
DSL is Digital Subscriber Line, a proven technology that uses existing copper wires to provide you with fast Internet access. Because it's digital, not analog, you can enjoy speeds up to 50 times faster than your current modem.

How fast is DSL?
Instanet DSL offers blazing speeds ranging from 144Kbps to 6Mbps depending on the level of service selected and location.

Do I have to have a second phone line to use DSL?
With Instanet DSL, the DSL runs on an existing analog line and you can be on the Internet and on the phone or send or receive a fax at the same time.

Can I have voice/phone use at the same time that I'm on the Internet?
Yes, but then you still pay the Phone Company all charges for your phone bill as usual. You will then be able to receive calls while you are on the Internet.
